Technocraft has 1st time displayed its entire range of Drum Closures & Allied Products for Indian Drums, Barrels, Tin Containers, Conipail manufacturers & also to all the end users/fillers of various segments like Speciality Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, Adhesives, Lubricants, Laboratory Chemicals,etc.

The response from the participants was very enthusiastic and the event was a grand success.

Our NTTF Diploma students participated in national level innovation challenge named “Vishvakarma Awards” organized by Maker Bhavan Foundation. The challenge was divided into three themes: Water and Sanitation, Clean Technology, Smart Mobility. Our college team participated under Smart Mobility theme with a proposal to develop “Flapping type Unmanned Aerial Vehicle”. After clearing the initial three stages, working for more than 4 months, they were successfully able to present the proof of concept of the Flapping UAV.

This Drone is proposed to be used specially for surveillance and intelligence gathering for security purposes in urban areas/cross border security. The prototype is built using light carbon fibre body, 3D printed parts, and market available materials. It has a wingspan of 1.4 meters and weighs about 550 gms. The first flight test conducted successfully for 20 seconds.

We thank our directors (SM Saraf and SK Saraf) for their constant support and guidance throughout and also appreciate the efforts put up by the students of NTTF in achieving this milestone.

Technocraft displayed all the product range i.e. New Hybrid Plugs, Clamps, Plated Closure, Lacquered Closure, Metal Capseals, EZ Capseals, Gaskets, Plastic Spouts, Plastic Plugs, Nylon Plugs, Paint Plugs, Standee of Gasket Machine, SOTD & Horn Press Die.

Shri S.K.Saraf has personally shown the various samples of Drum Closures , Clamps, SOTD & gave detailed presentations on the new Hybrid Plugs to all the key barrel manufacturers.

The Technocraft membership application for the Confederation of Indian Industry was officially approved during the Third meeting of the Western Regional Council, which took place on August 24, 2023, in New Delhi.

We are happy to share that Shanti Seva Nidhi Trust has initiated to work with IIT Bombay Nutrition group and Zila Parishad Thane to launch a program of “Eradication of Malnutrition among newborn babies by introducing proper breastfeeding techniques”.

The health and nutrition status of newborn in Thane are

1. The data of National Family Health Survey-5 2019-20 for under-5 children data shows that only 4.6% of children under 6-23 months old are fed the minimum acceptable diet.
2. 40.8 % child are being stunted in thane district with Nandurbar district being highest at 45.8%.
3. 17.5% children are wasted, while 7.0% face severe wasting again 21% being highest in Chandrapur district.

The program will start for talukas covering rural areas (Murbad, Shahpur, Ambernath, Bhiwandi, Ulhasnagar, Kalyan).

The meeting discussed the new pedagogy for training breastfeeding (BF) techniques to create 50 MASTER TRAINERS for the selected talukas. The master trainer is responsible to supervise n train at block level. The candidates for selection of master trainers will include Nurses (District Hospitals, Rural Hospitals, Public Health Centres, Govt. child Nutritionalist (NRCs))

Currently the program is in its starting phase of assessment through theory and practical training and assessments via online (app-based) and offline modes for initial 2500 women trainers.

The 9th International Yoga Day celebration commenced at 8:30 am at NTTF, Murbad, with great enthusiasm.
Following the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Aayush, the event featured a demonstration of Yoga based on the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP).

The program commenced with a heartfelt prayer (sangacchadthwm..), then Over 100 trainees showcased various Asanas, captivating the audience with their skill and flexibility. The event concluded on a patriotic note, with everyone joining in to sing the National Anthem.

Adding an element of competition, a Suryanamaskar challenge took place with the participation of 17 trainees. The challenge aimed to complete 65 Surya namaskar sequences, showcasing the dedication and physical prowess of the participants. All contestants displayed remarkable determination and agility throughout the competition.

To ensure the well-being of the participants, refreshments were provided. Additionally, all participants will receive a certificate of participation from SSN, recognizing their commitment to Yoga.

Mr. Pradeep Sarode, Deputy Manager at NTTF, delivered an inspiring message on the significance of Yoga, emphasizing its positive impact on physical and mental well-being.

A new wholly owned subsidiary company called Technocraft (NZ) Ltd. has been incorporated in New Zealand and we have appointed TANA Group (herein after referred as “TANA”) based out of Auckland as our exclusive distributor of our Scaffolding products in New Zealand. TANA is a well established scaffolding sales and service company in New Zealand and will now be exclusively carrying the full range of Technocraft’s Tech Ring scaffolding system for sales in New Zealand. We expect New Zealand to generate $10 M – $15 M sales in over next 2 years. This is another feather in our cap as we strive to become the largest fully integrated scaffolding manufacturer and distributor in the world.

Technocraft announced the launch of MACH ONE Formwork System, which is a huge addition to the MACH range of scaffolding and formwork system. We are happy to inform you that Mr. MARSHAL LAZAR WILSON who was a student of MNTC (NTTF- Murbad) and trained at NTTF in the Skill- MECHANICAL Design CAD has been declared as WINNER in the Finals of the INDIA SKILLS conducted by NSDC, at Pragati Maidan, DELHI from 15th to 17th July 2016 and hence qualify for the WORLD SKILLS Abu Dhabi 2017.

He also wins First Prize money of Rs.1,00,000/- with a trophy and a Winner certificate. The award was presented by Hon. Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Mr. Rajiv Pratap Rudy.

Technocraft has been awarded meritorious export performance award from Union minister of India Mr. Suresh Prabhu on 29th September’15.
