Use : Standards are the vertical members of MACHPLUS scaffolding. They provide the vertical support for scaffolding. Rosette position at every 1.0 m only.
Material : High strength low alloy structural steel.
Finish : Hot dipped galvanized.
Use : Ledgers are the horizontal members of MACHPLUS scaffolding. They provide horizontal support for loads and planks.
Finish : Hot dipped galvanized
Use : Ledgers used as mid rail and top or hand guard rails.
Material : low alloy structural steel.
Use : The base collar is connected at one of the many bases i.e., base plate, screw jack or swivel jack and provides a base rosette to begin Scaffold construction.
Material : High strength low alloy structural steel
Use : The Rosette clamp is used to add a rosette at any point on a vertical standard or tube. It allows up to six connection points where ledgers or Diagonal Bay Braces can be connected to it.
Material : Structural steel.
Use : The screw jack is used as a starting base for a scaffold. It has an adjustable height to allow for compensation on uneven levels, so that a level scaffold is always attainable. Any scaffold base should always be placed atop mudsills that are on proven solid ground.
Material : Low alloy structural steel.
Finish : Zinc plated
Use : The screw jack is used as a starting base for a scaffold where the supporting surface of the scaffold is on a slope.
Finish : Zinc plated / Hot Dip Galvanized
Use : Diagonal braces are used for the lateral bracing MACHPLUS scaffolding. Bay braces can also be used as obtuse angle mid rail and top or hand guard rails in conjunction with TECHNOCRAFTS stair system.
Use : Board brackets are used at the edge of a scaffolding to extend the reach or extension off of any side of the scaffolding where sunshade comes.
Use : Steel planks are used as anti-slip type board and used in scaffold.
Plank Width : 275.0mm
Material : S235/ IS2062 / Equivalent
Use : The scaffold caster is used as a rolling base. It allows the scaffold to be moved to different locations without disassembling the scaffold.
Material : Low alloy structural steel, rubber/polyurethane wheels
Finish : Electroplated and powder coated
Use : The caster adapter is used as a base connection point to a caster and provides a base rosette to begin scaffold construction.
Use : Ladder brackets are used for holding the ladder in vertical direction by supporting with vertical pipe.
Material : Structural steel
Use : The adjustable caster adapter is used as a base connection point to a caster and provides a base rosette to begin scaffold construction.
Use : Steel ladders are used for climbing on erected scaffold.
Use : Steel stair stringer are used in staircase tower as the diagonal members of the stair system also providing the connection points for the stair treads.
Use : Steel tread are used in staircase tower where person can safely reach at required level.
Technocraft was established in 1972 by two brothers Mr. S.K. Saraf and Mr. S.M. Saraf. The brothers who are IIT Graduates & Technologists, had started with the aim of manufacturing high precision and sophisticated Drum Closures Products.
Until 1976 Technocraft focused on the domestic market. India was not recognized as reliable export nation during those days, against all the odds, the company launched a major export drive in 1977. "Technocraft" was recognized as an export house by government of India in 1979.
The company subsequently in 1994 acquired "Maharashtra Steel Tubes Ltd" from SICOM, which manufactured Steel Pipes. The initial production in the early years post acquisition was 500 metric ton per month and in those days Europe was a major importer of steel pipe.
